This week have been thinking about leadership. There are many different types of leaders, and through any turbulent times, it is our leaders we turn to guide us through.
Have read much about leadership here are two points that capture authentic leadership
1- The role of the leader is to make the followers look good. If those that you lead have committed to you, then you have a responsibility to guide them.
2- True leadership starts with oneself. If you are unable to control yourself and follow your own rules, then you cannot expect others to support you.
3- A leader develops leaders by guiding those around you to take responsibility and establish themselves; they then should become leaders in their own right.
